Manage My Stacks

Use the My Stacks tab to access all the stack properties such as the creation, update, and deletion details.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_cmp.cloud_service_user

Procedure

  1. Access the Stacks page by going to the toolbar or homepage.

    • On the toolbar, select the My Stacks tab.
  2. On the My Stacks homepage, select the Recent Stacks tab.

    By default, all stacks in all service categories, except the obsolete status, are listed.

  3. In the navigation pane, use a filter category to display the matching stacks.

    The filters are displayed as editable conditions.

Result

The stacks are displayed with the properties that are in the following table.

Property nameDescription
NameName that you specified when requesting the stack.
Service Catalog ItemService that was created when you ordered the catalog that resulted in this stack.
Stack StatusStatus of the stack:- Initializing - Active \(provisioned stacks\) - Error - Processing \(stacks being processed\) - Terminating - Terminated \(de-provisioned stacks\) - Unmanaged \(discovered stacks\) - Resolving Error \(stacks with errors\) - Follow-up required - Obsolete
Owned byUser name of the requester.
Owner GroupGroup name that the stack is assigned to.
Service Request ItemRecord that was created in the Request Item table when you ordered the catalog that resulted in this stack.
RequestRequest number that is mapped to the Request Item.
CreatedDate and time that the stack was requested.
UpdatedDate and time that the stack details were last updated.
