Action form
The action form enables you to create an action for a demand.

| Number | System-generated number with a configurable prefix. |
| State | Current state of the action. Actions are created in the Open state.The available values are: - Pending - Open - Work in Progress - Closed Complete - Closed Incomplete - Closed Skipped |
| Priority | Urgency for implementing or approving the action based on impact. Actions are created with Low priority.The available values are: - Critical - High - Moderate - Low - Planning |
| Estimated Cost | Estimated cost generated by the action. |
| Impact | Impact of the action on the demand. Actions are created with Low impact.The available values are: - High - Medium - Low |
| Approval | Status of approval from the stakeholders. The available values are: - Not Yet Requested - Requested - Approved - Rejected |
| Assigned to | Resource assigned to implement the action. |
| Due date | Requested date for action approval or implementation. |
| Parent | Demand associated with the action. This field is auto-populated. |
| Short description | Brief summary of the action. |
| Description | Brief description of the action and its impacts on the demand. |
| Work notes | Information about the action. |
