• Risks: Potential events or conditions that may impact your project if they occur
• Issues: Current problems or obstacles that are actively affecting your project
• Decisions: Key choices made during the project that need to be documented and tracked
• Actions: Tasks or steps that must be completed to address risks, issues, or decisions
• Change Requests: Proposed modifications to the project scope, schedule, or resources
