Associate a product idea with feedback
Link a product idea with one or multiple feedback records that can be analyzed, prioritized, and implemented.
Before you begin
Role required: pf_user
Procedure
Navigate to All > Workspaces > Strategic Planning Workspace.
Select Feedback.
Select Product idea and then Create product idea.
From the Product ideas List page, select one or multiple ideas to associate.
Select Link Feedback.
From the Link Feedback list, select one or multiple feedback records and select Confirm.
You can now track your product idea. Go to the instance and search with the product idea number to open the product idea. You can also create a new feedback record and then associate it with the product idea using the Create new feedback link.
