Personalize List, Gantt and Kanban display for CWM Boards
Show, hide, or rearrange columns and apply sorting or filters to personalize the way data is displayed in Collaborative Work Management Boards based on your workflow.

Role required: sn_cwm.cwm_user
About this task
The columns available to show or hide are determined by the default list layout of the table. To configure which columns are available, see Configure columns available for personalization in CWM.
Procedure
Navigate to Workspaces > Collaborative Work Management.
From a Space, select a Board that you want to personalize.
Select List, Gantt, or Kanban for the Board and select the Personalize icon (
Personalize List and Gantt views.\).
- Update the display of the view on the Board or hide views.

- For List and Gantt, use column actions (
Column actions icon.\) such as pinning a column to the left of the grid, filtering the data from a column, and resetting the column size to default.
What to do next
