Publisher overview for Oracle in the Software Asset Workspace

View license usage information related to Oracle in the publisher overview for Oracle in the Software Asset Workspace.

From the Software Asset Workspace, access the Oracle publisher overview by navigating to License usage > Publishers and then selecting Oracle from the list of available software publishers.

Results are updated whenever a new reconciliation result is available.

Unlicensed entities

Summary of your unlicensed entities.This summary includes the following information:

  • Unlicensed installs: Total number of unlicensed Oracle software installations. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Oracle software installations.
  • Installs requiring action: Total number of Oracle software installations that you must take action on. Select the number to view the complete list of these Oracle software installations.
  • Unlicensed subscriptions: Total number of unlicensed Oracle subscriptions. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Oracle subscriptions.
  • Unlicensed client access: Total number of unlicensed Oracle client access records. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Oracle client access records.
  • Unlicensed options: Total number of unlicensed Oracle Database options and management packs. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Oracle Database options and management packs.
Progress indicators

Summary of your license compliance progress.This summary includes the following indicators:

  • Ignored installs: Total number of Oracle software installations that were ignored during reclamation. Select the number to view the complete list of ignored Oracle software installations.
  • Removal candidates: Total number of Oracle removal candidates. Select the number to view the list of all software removal candidates.
  • Invalid configurations: Total number of Oracle removal candidates with invalid configurations. Select the number to view the complete list of these Oracle removal candidates.
License types of Oracle Database and WebLogic Server on MS AzureNumber of software installations for each license type that you are using in Microsoft Azure cloud environments. License types include BYOL and License Included.
License types of Oracle Database and WebLogic Server on AWSNumber of software installations for each license type that you are using in AWS cloud environments, based on the cloud service model through which your Oracle Database and WebLogic Servers are deployed. License types include BYOL and License Included. Cloud service models include PaaS \(Platform as a Service\) and IaaS \(Infrastructure as a Service\).
