Fulfill repair orders in the Hardware Asset Workspace
Fulfill a repair order by completing all the open repair asset tasks associated with its repair order lines.
A repair order can have one or more repair order lines depending on the number of assets to be repaired through that repair order. A repair order is fulfilled only when all its repair order lines are completed.
As a technician, you must complete the following tasks associated with each repair order line to fulfill a repair order:

- View open repair orders for your stockroom in the Hardware Asset Workspace
View open repair orders for your stockroom to get the details of the repair order lines and repair tasks that need action. - Troubleshoot assets requested for repair in the Hardware Asset Workspace
Complete the troubleshooting task to assess the issues with the defective asset. Based on your observations, you can confirm whether the asset can be repaired, redeployed, or should be disposed of. - Complete the repair asset task in the Hardware Asset Workspace
Complete the repair of the defective asset and confirm if the asset is repaired, unrepairable, or redeployable. - Evaluate the repaired asset in the Hardware Asset Workspace
Evaluate the repaired asset and confirm if the asset is redeployable or should be disposed of. The Repair flow completes after the repaired asset is evaluated. - Bulk close asset repair tasks in the Hardware Asset Workspace
Complete and close multiple repair tasks at one go to process a repair order with multiple repair order lines. - Cancel a repair order in the Hardware Asset Workspace
Cancel a repair order that no longer needs to be fulfilled. - Cancel a repair order line in the Hardware Asset Workspace
