Asset put away task fields

Fields on the Asset put away task form help you create a put away task for the in stock assets.

FieldDescription
NumberThis field is automatically set to the Asset put away task number.
StateDisplays the current state of the Asset put away task. When a new task is created, this field is automatically set to Open.
AssetAsset for which the put away task is created. All the in stock assets are listed.
Task nameThis field is automatically set to Put away.
StockroomThis field is automatically populated when the asset is selected.
Assignment groupAssignment group to which you want to assign the Asset put away task.
Drop off locationAisle and space in the stockroom where you want to put away the hardware asset. This value is required to close the Asset put away task.
Assigned toPerson from the assignment group who is primarily responsible for the Asset put away task.
Due dateDate by which the Asset put away task should be closed.
NotesThe Short description and Description field values are automatically populated.
