Choose preferred currency for cost and usage data

Choose your preferred currency from the available options that will be shown for all the billing and usage data. The currency that you choose becomes the display currency on all the dashboard widgets, recommendations (rightsizing, business hours, unused resources, reservation/savings plan), budgets, and billing data.

Before you begin

Role required: insights_admin, insights_owner or insights_user

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Cloud Cost Management Workspace > Operations > My preferences > Currency preference.

  2. Select your preferred display currency from the Currency display preference drop-down list.

    The list shows only those currencies that were previously set up and activated in the Multi-currency setup by the insights_admin.

  3. Select Save.

Result

The preferred currency is shown as the display currency in all dashboard widgets, recommendations, budgets, and billing data of the Cloud Cost Management Workspace.
