Download the ServiceNow AI Lens installer

Download the ServiceNow AI Lens installer so that you can install the ServiceNow AI Lens on your system for scanning visual data.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > ServiceNow AI Lens > Downloads.

  2. In the ServiceNow AI Lens Downloads page, do any of the following actions to download the required application for macOS or Windows:

    • Select the download icon (

Copy Link icon.\). In a browser, right-click and select the **paste and go** option.

A dialog box might prompt you to save or open the file.

**Note:** Depending on your browser setting, the browser might automatically save the file to your Downloads folder.

  1. Execute the application installation file (.msi file) or (.pkg file).

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.

  3. From the Privacy & Security settings on your macOS system, grant ServiceNow AI Lens permission to record your screen.
