Configuring Automation Center

You can plan and configure an Automation Center implementation in your organization.

• Install Automation Center
  If you have the admin role, you can install the Automation Center application (sn_ac). The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they aren’t already installed.

• Configuring the Recommended Actions application with Automation Center
  Configuring the Recommended Actions application to work with Automation Center enables you to reuse an existing request or plan your automation request based on an existing request.
• Working with ServiceNow Spotlight feature
  Use the ServiceNow Spotlight feature to auto-calculate automation request scores. Scores define the execution priority of the automation request. The higher the score, the higher the priority of the automation request.
