Job details performance metrics

The metrics provide the job details performance snapshot within the ServiceNow AI Platform®.

  • Job Execution

    This presents a bar graph illustrating the hourly count of jobs, overlaid with transaction counts to correlate with the working hours of the day. The left-side Y-axis indicates the count of scheduled jobs executing, while the right-side Y-axis represents transaction counts.

    Note: This chart is limited to displaying data available for the past 28 days.

  • Top 2K Executing Jobs

    Tabular representation of the top 2,000 executing jobs ranked by their execution time. This data is available for the past 6 months.

  • Top 2K Pending Jobs

    Tabular representation of the top 2,000 jobs based on their average delay in starting the scheduled job, also known as Lateness duration. This data is available for the past 6 months.

  • Top 50 Recurring Jobs

    Tabular representation of the top 50 jobs that have been executed multiple times, including their respective counts. This data is available for the past 6 months.
