Jumpstart Your Workflow Automation: Flows provides Impact customers with an overview and applied demonstration of Flows in Workflow Studio. Customers learn how to build and configure automated processes using triggers, actions, and reusable sub-flows — replacing complex custom scripts with upgrade-safe, low-code automation.

This Accelerator also equips customers with key resources and leading practices to design, test, and scale workflows effectively using ServiceNow’s core actions and spoke library.
