Install Now Assist for Care Team Operations

Install the Now Assist for Care Team Operations application [sn_cto_now_assist].

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Note: Now Assist for Care Team Operations capabilities require HCLS Prime or HCLS Advanced scoped applications.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.

  2. Find the Now Assist for Care Team Operations application [sn_cto_now_assist] using the filter criteria and search bar.

    You can search for the application by its name or ID. If you can’t find the application, you might have to request it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the  ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store.

  3. If you're prompted, follow the links to the ServiceNow Store to get any additional entitlements for dependencies.

  4. Select Install.

Enable the “Request care team assistance” agentic workflow to create care team cases using Virtual Agent in Care Team Mobile or Care Team Portal.
