Enable Now Assist in AI Search for case intake

Enable AI search so that users can start the case intake process from the search menu in Care Team Portal.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System Properties.

2. Select glide.service_portal.enable_ais_portal.allow_list.

3. In Value, add the Care Team Portal sys_id.

4. Select Save.

Result

The case intake process can now be initiated from the search menu in Care Team Portal.
