View your teams using the Care Team Portal

View your teams from directly within the Care Team Portal.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_hco.care_team_member or sn_hco.care_team_manager

Procedure

  1. In the Care Team Portal, navigate to My teams > My teams.

  2. Select the team that you want to view.
