View the sample questions in the base system
TPRM includes sample questionnaires that you can use to define questionnaire templates for your organization.
Before you begin
To include sample questionnaires, you select Load demo data while installing TPRM. See Configuring Third-party Risk Management for installation instructions.
Role required: admin or sn_vdr_risk_asmt.vendor_risk_admin
About this task
- Sample questions don’t include scoring or right/wrong answers — you define those attributes.
- Sample questions aren’t updated to support regulatory changes — you manage changes.
Procedure
- Navigate to All > Third-party Risk Management > Assessment Setup > Questionnaire Templates.

| Category or Assessment category | A set of related questions within a questionnaire template.Note: There can be multiple categories within a metric type. |
The Assessment Metric Types list displays the list of metric types. Each metric type includes one or more metric categories. Each metric category includes multiple sample questions.
