On the Primary origin form, fill in the fields.

| Title | Title of the related area. |
| Description | Brief description of the related areas. |
| Related area | Areas that are related to the vulnerability or event reported. This field is available only when a value is selected from Related area type. |
| Related area table | Table associated with the related area. For example, sn\_oper\_res\_importance\_impact\_tolerance\_assessment. |
| Type | Type of the related area. For example, any related risk event. The choices are as follows:- Citation - Policy - Control objective - Risk event |
