New action task form
Use the new action task form to create action tasks for the appropriate owners.
The following table lists the descriptions of the field values.
| Field | Description |

| Name | Name of the action task. For example, Verification of Requester's Data and Disclosure of Usage. |
| Description | Brief description of the action task. For example, Verification of Requester's Data and Disclosure of Usage: Specify Locations and Purposes of Personal Information Utilization. |
| Priority | Priority of the task. |
| IT asset | IT asset that is used in the request. |
| Assignment group | |
| Assignment | |
| Assignment group | Group responsible for working on the task. |
| Task owner | User who owns the task. |
| Watch list | Users who must be notified of the task and its progress. |
| Schedule | |
| Due date | Date for completion of the task. |
| Summary | |
| Observations | Any observations of importance for the task owners. |
| Activity | |
| Additional comments | Additional comments or information for the task owners. |
