Create a Personal Data Rights request

Create a request regarding your personal data to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by an organization or entity.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_grc_pdr.pdr_requester

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Personal Data Rights Workspace.

2. From the Create drop-down, select Request.

3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   For a description of the field values on the personal data rights request form, see Personal data rights request form.

4. Select Save.

5. On the Details tab, select Update state.

6. Provide additional comments.

7. Select Submit.

   The state of the task moves from Draft to Assigned.

8. Personal data rights request form
   Use the Personal data rights request form in the Personal Data Rights application to initiate a process to access, correct, or delete personal data.
