Import record types from Everbridge

Import the record types for your organization ID from Everbridge and use them to create the contacts for notifications.

Role required: sn_bcm.admin

About this task

Record types are information stored in Everbridge that are required to create the contacts for notifications.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Business Continuity > Everbridge notification Configuration > Record Types.

2. Select Import.

   Record types for your organization ID with the category are imported from the Everbridge instance. If the record type is not imported, you may receive an error message.
