GRC state model form
On the GRC state model form, fill in the fields.
| Field | Description |

| Name | Name of the state model. For example, `IT vulnerability`. |
| Table name | Table that the state model applies to. Available options are:- To configure Vulnerability state model, select New and select Operational vulnerability [sn_oper_res_vulnerability] as the table name. - To configure Action task model, select New and select Action task [sn_grc_case_mgmt_case_task] as the table name. |
| State model | Fields that contain the state model value in the table that this state model applies to. |
| Active | Option to indicate that the state model is active or inactive. |
| State field | Fields that contain the state value in the table that this state model applies to. This field is automatically set to State [state]. |
