Workspace page configuration form
Description of field values for the workspace configuration form.
| Fields | Description |

| Table | Table for which you want to configure the record page. |
| Application | Scope of the current application. |
| Record Type Icon | List of all the base system icons that are existing. Note: Use the icons that are available in the Now platform. You can’t create any custom icons. |
| Left side fields | Standard information of a record is given in these fields. Record type is shown in the record page by default based on the record selected.Note: The secondary header fields that are not configured for left side, are shown as default fields on the right side of the separator. |
| Show default overview | Option to select default overview page on the record page. |
| Active | Customizations will be shown on the record page only if this option is selected. |

| State field | Process flow information for the stepper seismic component in the default overview page. The workflow state information captured from the process flow table for the current record. |
| Description field | Additional information or context about the record in default overview page. |
| Extension Point | Custom process flow information for the stepper seismic component in the default overview page. Note: This field is greyed out when the State field is selected. |
