Entity based record access update utility configuration states
Entity-based access configuration states represent the defined permissions and control settings.
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | The configuration is created but not yet active or finalized. It remains editable and isn’t applied. |
| Failed | An error occurred during the application or validation, which prevented the configuration from being processed. |
| Preview | The configuration is available for review and impact analysis but isn’t yet applied. |
| In progress | The configuration is being applied or validated. The process has started but isn’t complete. |
| Completed | The configuration was applied and is active. All changes are finalized and in effect. |
