Activate Now Assist skills in Now Assist for Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Activate a skill before you can use the generative AI capabilities for the Now Assist for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) application.

Before you begin

Install the Enhanced Features for IRM Professional (sn_irm_pro_plus) or Enhanced Features for IRM Enterprise (sn_irm_ent_plus) plugin.

Role required: sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Admin Center > Now Assist Admin.

2. Select the Now Assist Skills tab.

3. Under Technology workflow, select Risk & Sustainability.

4. Open the skill details by selecting View details on the skill card.

5. Enable the skill by selecting Activate skill.

You can perform the following actions on Now Assist skills if you have the sn_generative_ai.nsa_admin role:

• Edit a Now Assist skill.
• Make a copy of a Now Assist skill.
• Troubleshoot a Now Assist skill.
