Create New Offering form

Use the Create New Offering form in Operational Resilience Workspace to set up a service offering and configure its related information.

FieldDescription
Details tab
NameName of the offering, for example, Service Offering for Datacenter.
Approval groupApproval group that is responsible for the approval of the service offering. For example, Application Development or Application Security group, for example, capacity Mgmt.
Model IDModel ID for the service offering, for example, Dell Inc. 7700FullHD.
Support groupSupport group for the service offering, for example, Application Development.
Owned byOwner of the service offering.
Change groupChange group that is responsible for updating the service offering, for example, App Engine Admins.
Business criticalityCriticality of the service offering. The available options are as follows:- 1—most critical - 2—somewhat critical - 3—less critical - 4—not critical
Managed byUser that manages the service offering.
VersionVersion of the service offering.
SLAService level agreements \(SLAs\) associated with the service offering.
Used forUsage category that the service offering is used for. For example, Staging. The available options are as follows:- Production - Staging - QA - Test - Development - Demonstration - Training - Disaster recovery
LocationPhysical location of the service offering.
Operational statusOperational status of the service offering. The available options are as follows:- Operational - Non-Operational - Repair in Progress - DR Standby - Ready - Retired - Pipeline - Catalog
VendorVendor that is responsible for operating the service offering such as APC or Amazon.
Service classificationClassification of the service. The available options are as follows:- Application Service - Business Service - Technology Management Service
CommentsComments section for the service offering. Typically, the Operational Resilience administrators add the comments about the offerings.
