Cause and Consequence form

Use the Cause and Consequence form to define the cause and consequence that a case has on your organization in the GRC: Compliance Case Management application.

See the following table for a description of the field values.

CauseCause for the case or event.
Cause statusStatus of the cause:- Suspected: When the cause isn’t confirmed. - Confirmed: When the cause is confirmed.
Primary causeOption to select the cause as the primary cause.
Cause descriptionBrief description of the cause.
Consequences and actions
ConsequencesConsequences of the case or event. You can select multiple consequences for a reported case.
Actions takenAny action or measures taken to address the case.
Summary
ObservationsRecord overall observations, if any.
