Filter an SLA map

How to filter the SLA map.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_admin, wm_dispatcher, or dispatcher combination role

Procedure

1. Click View Filter.

   These filters are available:

   • Date: Select the date you want to search.
   • Show agents current location: Show or hide agent locations on the map. By default, all agents are shown.
   • Select the desired filters.

2. Click Apply Filter to apply your changes to the map.
