Assign a work order task
Assign agents to unassigned work order tasks using the Dispatcher Workspace map.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_dispatcher, wm_initiator_qualifier_dispatcher
Procedure
Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
Select Dispatcher Workspace.
Select Schedule.
Select Map or Hybrid.
Right-click an unassigned task in the map.
Select Assign.

In the Assigned to field, select the agent available to work on the task.
Select Save.
Result
The customer receives a text message and email notification that the work order task is assigned.
