Personalize your resource view in Dispatcher Workspace
Dispatchers can personalize the resources they see in Dispatcher Workspace by creating an advanced resource filter that applies every time they open Dispatcher Workspace.
Before you begin
Role required: wm_dispatcher.
Procedure
Navigate to Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
Select Dispatcher Workspace.
Select Filter resources.
Select + Advanced filters.
Select a different tab if you're creating a crew, equipment, or contractor filter.
Add or edit the filter that you want apply when you open Dispatcher Workspace.
Select Set as default.
Select Apply.
