Show map overlays in Dispatcher Workspace

View real‑time traffic and other map overlays in Dispatcher Workspace to assess conditions that may affect technician travel.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_dispatcher

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.

  2. Select Dispatcher workspace.

  3. Select Schedule > Map.

  4. Choose from the following options.

OptionResult
TrafficDisplays real‑time traffic conditions on the map.
Agent markersDisplays agent locations on the map.
Task markersDisplays task locations on the map.
Event markersDisplays event locations on the map.Note: Event markers are only available if Workforce Optimization for Field Service is enabled.
