Create a maintenance schedule for an equipment instance

Create a schedule for regular maintenance or downtime for an equipment instance.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_admin, wm_dispatcher

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Equipment Resources > Equipment Instances.

  2. Select an instance.

  3. In the Resource Events related list, click New.

  4. On the form, fill in the fields.

FieldsDescription
ResourceName of the equipment instance.
TypeType of resource event.- Downtime - Maintenance
ScheduleSchedule for this downtime or maintenance.
  1. Click Update.

Result

The schedule appears under the Resource Events related list and on Dispatcher Workspace.
