Create a visitor badge template

Create an HTML template that can be used to print badges for your workplace locations.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_wsd_core.admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Workplace Visitor Management > Administration > Visitor badge templates.

  2. On the Html Templates list, select New.

  3. On the form, fill in the fields.

FieldDescription
NameName of the HTML template record.
Body

Body of the HTML template.You can use the source code icon (<>) to edit the HTML code of the body.

You can select fields from the Select variables option to add them as variables to the HTML body.

TableTable that variables for the template are picked from.The Visitor Registration \[sn\_wsd\_visitor\_visitor\_registration\] table is selected by default.
OrderOrder of the visitor badge template. A template with a lower order is selected first.
Paper sizePaper size that is used to print the badge.
  1. In the Apply if field, add conditions for when the badge template is applicable.

    For more information about conditions, see Condition builder.

    For example, Visitor type is Client specifies that the badge is printed for clients.

  2. Select Submit.

    The badge template record is created.
