Using Workplace Services Kiosk

Workplace Services Kiosk provides a seamless check-in, check-out, and self-registration experience for visitors.

• Check in using an invite
  Check in as a visitor by using an invite from an employee. If visitors have an existing invite, they can check in to the kiosk using their passcode, email, phone number, or name.
• Self-register as a visitor
  Register as a visitor by providing your details such as your name, purpose of the visit, and host.
• Using Kiosk Indoor Mapping
  Use the kiosk indoor mapping feature to search for spaces, get directions, and raise cases.
• Make workplace reservations on the kiosk
  Workplace visitors and guests with kiosk viewer role can make workplace reservations. They can search and select a space on the Kiosk Map to reserve a space.
