Configure Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile

Configure Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile to make reservations using the Now Mobile app.

  1. Install Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile
    Install the Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile application from the ServiceNow® Store.
  2. Mobile Wayfinding Administration
    Configure map providers to enable Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile users to get directions to another workplace easily.
  3. Enable map view to create reservations
    Enable map view for mobile employee users so that they can reserve spaces using floor maps Now Mobile app.
  4. Configure the Toggle map view property
    Configure the Toggle map view option on the Now Mobile app app while reserving a space.
  5. Configure AI search for Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile
    Install and configure AI search with Workplace Service Delivery for Mobile. Users can use AI search to search for campus, buildings, floors, or spaces.
  6. Configure map properties for Location directory
    Configure map properties to enable reservation states, occupancy states, display permanent seat assignments, or auto-refresh time interval for showing the latest reservation and occupancy information on the map. Show or hide neighborhoods on the Location directory.
