Working with Workplace Lease Administration from the Workplace Central

Create and manage workplace contracts from the Workplace Central.

Access Workplace Lease Administration from the Workplace Central Workspace

• Activate Workplace Central plugin (sn_wsd_central).
• Ensure you have the role sn_wsd_la.workplace_central_user assigned.
• Access Workplace Lease Administration using one of the following methods:
  • Navigate to All > Workplace Central > Workplace Central > Lease Administration
  • Navigate to Workspaces > Workplace Central > Lease Administration

• Create workplace contracts in Workplace Central
  As a lease administrator or manager, you can create workplace contracts and also add assets, terms and conditions, contract locations, and documents to a contract.
• Submit a workplace contract for review in Workplace Central
  You can send a contract that is in Draft state for approval.
• Approve or reject workplace contract in Workplace Central
  Approve or reject a workplace contract after it is submitted for review.
