Map based space administration
As a space planner, perform space assignments, user assignments and other actions on a building using the building's floor map directly.
The floor map view of a building enables you to visualize the changes in real time. You can implement any actions on the map, such as space allocations, neighborhood allocations, employee assignment, and employee movement.
Install the following plugins:
- Workplace Central
- Workplace Case Management
- Workplace Space Management
For Floor map view, the floor maps must be created using Workplace Indoor Mapping Map studio.
Edit a building's spaces using a map
Space planners and administrators can update space attributes and allocation changes using interactive floor maps. Select and edit a single space or update bulk spaces via floor maps. Add, change, or remove space allocations as required. The updated space attributes and association changes are reflected in real-time on a floor map.- Move employees on a floor or to a different floor using the map
Using the building's Floor map view, move single or multiple employees on a floor or to a different floor. Assign or unassign a space to an employee.
