Working with job architecture

Create, update or modify skills and job architecture data from a single location in the Skills Workspace.

• Creating a new role group through the Skills Workspace
  Add a new role group in the Skills Workspace to create a category of roles in your organization.
• Add more skills to a role group
  Add new skills at each role level in a role group that were not added when creating the role group using the Skills Matrix in the Skills Workspace.
• Edit skills and proficiencies in the Skills Matrix
  Edit skills data and their proficiency levels to manage the progression at each role level in a role group using the Skills Matrix in the Skills Workspace.
• Create related role groups
  Create a connection between two different role groups in the Skills Workspace to enable a transition path for the employees to move across different role groups.
