Task mapping form
The descriptions provided are required to fill the form to map a task with a task type.
| Field | Description |

| Question | Parent question that has the reference in the interceptor record. |
| Name | Name of the task. |
| Order | Order of preference for the task. |
| Active | Option to enable the feature. |
| User Prompt | Name of the task that is visible in Recruitment workspace.The name visible in Recruitment workspace and the one provided in the User Prompt should be the same. |
| Next question | Another question that has the reference in the interceptor record. Note: The task mapping in the Recruitment workspace doesn’t support the functionality. |
| Application | Scope of the application the record is in. |
| Type | Type of available questions.- Leading Question - Multiple Choice - Yes / No - Freeform Text - Button - External Choice |
| Target URL | Target URL set for the task type mapping. |
| Button label | Label visible on the survey button. |
| Roles | Roles who have access to the answer record. |
