Configure signal actions for Proactive Prompts
Set signal actions to enable end users who receive a prompt through Virtual Agent to act on it.
Before you begin
Note: Signal actions are used for Virtual Agent. Employee Portal uses the action group for actions.
Role required: sn_pp.admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > Proactive Prompts > Signal Actions.
Select New.
On the form, fill in the fields:
| Fields | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the signal action. |
| Model type | Choose whether you want to use the regular NLU based Virtual Agent topics or LLM based Virtual Agent topics in the VA topic field. Your options are:- NLU/Keyword - LLM |
| VA topic | The relevant Virtual Agent topic for the signal action. For more information on creating a Virtual Agent topic, see Creating a Virtual Agent topic. For information on publishing the topics, see Publish a Virtual Agent topic. |
| Active | Option to activate the signal action record. |
- Select Submit.
