Creating custom opportunity types in Opportunity Marketplace
Opportunity Marketplace comes with 3 base system Opportunity types. If you need a different opportunity type, you can create custom opportunity types to meet the needs of your organization. You can also create custom user criteria, opportunity details, and roles and requirements.

The quickest way to create custom versions of these tables is to copy an existing record and make updates to customize it to your needs.
- Create a custom opportunity type
Opportunity Marketplace comes with a few base system opportunity types. You can create a custom opportunity type to meet the needs of your organization. - Select or create user criteria
Opportunity Marketplace user criteria are maintained in the Service Catalog under Catalog Definitions. There are several user criteria records to select from, or you can create your own user criteria. - Create custom opportunity details records in Opportunity Marketplace

Create custom roles and requirements to meet the needs of your organization. Roles and requirements are maintained as records in the Opportunity role [sn_opp_market_opportunity_position] table.
