Enroll as a mentor or mentee

Enroll as a mentor or mentee to learn from your peers in new ways.

Before you begin

Role required: none

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Your career > Mentoring.

2. Select Get started.

3. Select one from the following options:

   • I want to be a mentee
   • I want to be a mentor Note: You can do both, but you will have to enroll as a mentee and mentor separately.

4. Select Next and answer the questions that appear in the wizard.
