Roles installed with Legal Counsel Center
User roles are installed with activation of the Legal Counsel Center Workspace plugin.
Roles

| Legal Counsel Center Workspace administrator\[sn\_lg\_cf\_workspace.admin\] | Grants permissions to all administrators to change the Legal Counsel Center Workspace for Legal Request Management to fit into the business or user requirements.- The chat\_admin role administers the chat tables. - The uxframework\_designer role has write access to UX page element records for designing UIs. - The agent\_workspace\_user role enables you to perform interaction agent and interaction queue transfers. - The sn\_agent\_recommend.recommendation \_admin role manages fulfiller assist recommendation configurations. - The interaction\_admin role enables you to administer the Interaction Management system. - The workspace\_list\_admin role enables you to manage Workspace lists and categories. - The ui\_action\_admin role enables you to manage UI actions. - The ui\_builder\_admin role provides permission to use the UI Builder APIs so you can create, update, read, and delete UX pages. - The uxframework\_user role enables you to browse and select from the library of UX component records so they can set a component reference field on any accessible table. - The sn\_intel\_analyzer.similarity \_analyzer\_admin role enables you to administer the Similarity Analyzer. User roles
Any user with sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller and sn_lg_ops.request_fulfiller roles can access Legal Counsel Center. You can customize Legal Counsel Center for different roles depending on assignment group, practice areas, and other access credentials. Accessing Legal Counsel Center
To access Legal Counsel Center, navigate to Workspaces > Legal Counsel Center. Alternatively, you can access the Legal Counsel Center by navigating to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
