Search in Legal Service Delivery
Legal Service Delivery supports multiple search engines that helps you quickly find the most optimal information in the Legal Counsel Center and Employee Center.
Legal Service Delivery (LSD) supports the following search engines.

| Zing search - Provides indexing and searching record data by table. | Enabled by default in the base system for the following:- Global search - Legal Counsel Center - Employee Center |
| AI Search - Provides a consumer-grade search engine with auto correction and most relevant results. | Enabled by default for the following when AI Search is activated:- Global search - Legal Counsel Center - Employee Center Note: If AI search is disabled for Legal Counsel Center or Employee center you need to enable it manually. For more information, see Configure AI Search for Legal Counsel Center and Configure search source when AI search is disabled. |
| Now Assist Q&A Genius Results - Provides concise, actionable answers search results from Knowledge article. | - Legal Counsel Center - Enabled by default when AI Search and Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery \(LSD\) both are activated. - Global search - Enable it manually.
