Use the ServiceNow Advanced Work Assignment for Legal Service Delivery feature to automatically assign legal to agents based on availability, capacity, and skills.

Legal requests can be automatically assigned using assignment rules, Advanced Work Assignment or Predictive Intelligence. For more information, see Assigning legal request.
