View external matter details

As a legal fulfiller, view the external matter details fetched from in the legal matter.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller, sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller

Procedure

  1. Open a legal matter.

Using Legal Counsel Center homepage
  1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center
  2. Select View All option on the Matters widget.
Using Legal Counsel Center lists
  1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center
  2. Select the list icon (

  3. In the Lists tab, navigate to Matters > All.
Using platform view
  1. Navigate to All > Legal Matter > Matter > All
  2. From the list open a legal matter.

  1. Select the External Matters tab.

  2. Select the Matter ID to view Summary, Spend Information, Firm Details and Other Details.

  3. Select link in the Legal Tracker matter link field to open and view the matter in Legal Tracker.
