Assign task created for filling Legal Tracker details

As a legal fulfiller, assign the task created for filling Legal Tracker details to the task fulfiller.

About this task

When you submit an outside counsel request, you can choose to fill in the Legal Tracker details later by selecting Create a task for entering Legal Tracker field details. On approval of the outside counsel request, a task is created to fill in the Legal Tracker details. Assign this task to the legal user, legal fulfiller or matter fulfiller to fill in the details. Before you begin

Role required:

  • sn_lg_ops.legal_user and sn_lg_cf_workspace.legal_workspace_user
  • sn_lg_matter.matter_fulfiller
  • sn_lg_ops.legal_fulfiller

Procedure

  1. Open a task.

  1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center
  2. Select the View All option on the Matters widget.
  3. From the list, open a legal matter.
  4. Navigate to the Tasks tab.
  5. From the list, open an unassigned task.

  1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center

  3. In the Lists tab, navigate to Matters > All.
  4. From the list, open a legal matter.
  5. Navigate to Tasks tab.
  6. From the list, open an unassigned task.
Using platform view
  1. Navigate to All > Legal Matter > Matter > All
  2. From the list, open a legal matter.
  3. Navigate to the Tasks related list and open an unassigned task.

  1. In the Assigned To field, select the user to whom you want to assign the task.

    By default, the assignment rule OCE Matter task Rule is available that is used to assign a legal task. Review and modify the assignment rule according to your requirement.

  2. Select Save.
