Learning Core home page provides a consolidated view of the learning catalogs and learning management systems that have been configured in the Learning Core application.

Learning Catalogs

Select a tile to view the complete details of a specific catalog such as course items that it contains, managers to whom the catalog is viewable, users to whom the catalog is assigned.

Select a source link to open the learning system source record in Enterprise Service Management Integrations Framework.

Catalogs

Catalog allows you to drive access control.

There are 2 levels of Access control:

• Catalog level
• Course level

Using the Related Lists for Catalog, you can define users who can read, cannot read, can contribute, cannot contribute to the course and catalog.

Collections

Collections are groupings of courses that are orchestrated within ServiceNow.
