Create a Learning challenge
Create a Learning challenge to challenge yourself to complete a particular number of courses within a time frame that you choose.

About this task
Learning challenge is a new widget available on the Overview tab that gives you a quick overview of all the challenges you've created to track your learning progress.
Procedure
Navigate to All > Employee Center > My Learning.
On the My Learning home page, select Start a Learning Challenge.
On the form, fill in the fields.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Give your challenge a title | Title for your challenge. |
| How frequently do you want to track your course completion? | Suitable frequency to track your course completion status. The available frequencies are:- Weekly - Monthly - Quarterly - Yearly |
| When do you want to start? | Month in which you intend to begin with the challenge. |
| How many courses do you want to complete in each tracking period? | Number of courses that you target to finish for each tracking period. |
- Select Save changes.
Result
A Learning challenge is created along with a new widget on the Overview tab to track your progress.
- Complete a learning challenge
Complete a learning challenge whenever you're ready to finish with it. - Restart a learning challenge
Restart a challenge when you want to reset the progress you have made on the challenge.
