Create a content collection

Create a content collection in Learning Core to dynamically group learning content that includes multiple internal and external courses.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lc.learning_admin, sn_lc.learning_course_catalog_admin

Every collection has to be a part of a course catalog. Create a course catalog before you can create a collection. For more information, see Create a course catalog.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Learning > Content > Collections.

2. Select New.

3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   For a description of the field values, see Collection form.

4. Select Submit.

5. Add course items to collection
   After you create a collection, add course items as groupings of courses that are orchestrated within ServiceNow®.

6. Define user access to course within a collection
   Define user access to the collection to define who has read access to the collections.
7. Add learning course sections
   Add learning course sections to collections.
